12 Years Remembrance: Hon Abiodun Oni Pays Tributes to Gov Makinde’s Father, Late Pa Olatunbosun

The Director-General  Minerals Agency and Executive Chairman Pacesetter Mineral Development Company, Okunrin Jeje Abiodun Oni on Sunday paid a touching tribute to late Pa Olatunbosun Makinde, the father of Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde.

Pa Olatunbosun died twelve years ago.

Okunrin Jeje Abiodun Oni, a childhood friend of Governor Makinde wrote:

“Excellency, Aku Eyin Baba leni… It has been 12 years since Daddy left us and you have continued to gloriously carry on his legacy with confidence with amazement and gait while we all bask in the memory of the times we shared together.

“I thank daddy for today and always for giving me a worthy friend and a leader that gave me a voice in the scheme of things that I am always proud to show off.

“I will always appreciate and cherish his impactful teachings, humor and fatherly sternness.

“May Daddys gentle soul continue to rest in peace. Amen.”
