Senator Hosea Ayoola Agboola Is the best candidate for Oyo State governorship seat in 2027 election.
According to National Insight, Above was the unanimous decision reached at the meeting of Alleluyah Group of PDP Oyo State held at Irawo , Atisbo Local Government on the 28th of January 2025.
Although the meeting discussed other issues aimed at positioning PDP as a party difficult to beat in Oyo State come 2027 election.
It was however highlighted that since Oke-Ogun zone has never produced in the State and Oke -Ogun people are seriously yearning for the governorship position which is a fact known to other parts of the State .
Alleluyah Group therefore believes that a credible candidate in person of Senator Hosea Ayoola Agboola should be presented and supported throughout Oyo State.
While making the motion for the consideration of Senator Hosea Ayoola Agboola as the best choice for the Governorship position in Oyo State come 2027 election Dr (Prince) Bola Oyedepo referred to him as a grassroot politician who has many feathers in his cap having been once a supervisory Councillor, Executive Vice-Chairman of local government, a two-term commissioner for local government and Chieftaincy Matters and now a distinguished Senator , and at one time the head of advisory council to the Governor of this Oyo State. In seconding the motion Hon. Engr Sarafadeen Omirinde described Senator Agboola as someone that has been tested , trusted and always interested in the betterment of people.
The chairman of Alleluyah Group Hon Alhaji Oyinloye Jelili Adebare while commenting on the unanimous voice votes of members at the meeting for the choice of Senator Agboola said Senator Agboola’s popularity as a committed politician goes beyond Oyo State and Nigeria.He thanked members for their proactiveness and loyalty enjoined them to pray for the success of Senator Hosea Agboola.
Many other members made solidarity and encouragement statements for the realization of our candidate especially when we get to the time. It is pertinent to mention that Senator Hosea Ayoola Agboola had no choice than to express gratitude to everyone that has wished him well.He said by the time he gets to the river he will know how to cross it.
Among other important dignitaries at the meeting were Alhaji Yakubu Ladoja , Hon Adam Folaranmi, Alhaji Aliu, Chief Isaac Agada, all the immediate past chairmen of locaI government areas and their vice in OKe Ogun(who are Alleluyah Group) There were some other men and women leaders also in attendance.
