23-Year-Old Olubodun Ayomide Makes History as Youngest Attendee at NIPSS

 

Olubodun Ayomide Shukurat, aged 23, who hails from Lagelu Local Government Area , Ibadan, Oyo State, and an expert in Human Resources, has made history by becoming the youngest graduate to attend the Nigeria National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) in KURU.

At just 23 years old, Olubodun holds the distinction, as confirmed by the institute, of being the youngest Nigerian to participate in the Policy, Strategy, and Leadership Course (PSLC) at NIPSS.

This was made known by the institute as the youngest to attend at the age of 23.

Possessing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Managemnet also know as Humam Resource Management, Master degree in Business Administration, and currently pursuing her Ph.D., Olubodun was among the distinguished Nigerians who recently completed the Policy, Strategy, and Leadership Course (PSLC) at NIPSS.

Dedicated to fostering action among diverse audiences in her role as a Human Resource expert, Olubodun serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Sign At Site Outdoor. She is also a fellow of various institutes and an active member of Rotary International (Rotary Club of Ibadan-Challenge), where Dr. Akande Kazeem Babatunde serves as the Charter President and is also an alumnus.

Olubodun Ayomide has participated in numerous workshops and training sessions both locally and internationally, presenting several papers and journals.

In an interview with the press, Olubodun expressed her joy regarding her achievements thus far and credited her father for his mentorship and financial support.

Reflecting on her journey, she mentioned, “At first, I didn’t quite grasp its full impact until my dad explained, ‘You are truly making history being the youngest to ever accomplish this and attend the Policy, Strategy, and Leadership Course (PSLC) at age 23.”‘
