Yes, one may be happy as an Ibadan indigene that funds of all Oyo State Local Governments after payment of Staff Salaries and pensions were diverted by GSM to rehabilitate the Ibadan Urban roads alone, yet the questions that beg for answers are as follows-
- At what cost?
- Why the ‘’ O fa won lori, o si tun fi oda kun approach model and not a reconstruction?
- Why the diversion of the Local Governments funds and why was the Local Governments Administration System of Government in Oyo State rendered useless and left in comma and Intensive Care Unit under the GSM Government model?
- Why did our educational system return to their worst stage under GSM after my Oga , Senator Abiola Ajimobi had taken the yeoman step to bring it out of coma with his well formulated School Governing Board and Education Tax Fund model?
- Why did that Man of impeccable integrity , Mr. Kanmi Gbadamosi @Unknown user resigned abruptly as the Chairman of GSM’s Chairman of ETF?
- What happened to Oyo State’s secured International Grant for the Out of School Children for the Oyo State Boys and Girls secured by Senator Abiola Ajimobi?
- what happened to the Ibadan Urban Flood Management Fund Grant secured by Senator Abiola Ajimobi from World Bank who had earlier blacklisted Oyo State before Ajimobi came on board?
- How many Industries and or Investment has GSM brought to Oyo State since he came on board on the 29th May, 2019? After all, Ajimobi brought in the multi-billion Oriental Foods, Karma Milk, Agrited etc. Kindly name just one that you facilitated?
- When we went to China and Taiwan to source for Investors under Ajimobi , the Chinese Chambers of Government proudly handed over tons of us a very strategic and highly valued Nigerian Investor, then Prince Adesuyi Hastrup who is now the Owa of Ijesaland to build for us the Oyo State Circular Road on Build, Operate and Transfer Model. Has the then noble Prince , now a great Prince not commenced work on the circular road at no cost to Oyo State Government before GSM illegally and without conscience terminated the project to commit and waste billions of the funds of Oyo State funds on same? Is the State not at present facing an International arbitration over that contract?
- What is the State of Health in Oyo State since GSM came on board ? Has GSM not returned our Health facilities to a pigsty where rodents and termites now cohabit with our medical staff in Oyo state hospitals, especially at the State Hospitals in Oyo State?
- What about our Primary Health Care Centres where about 350 primary health institutions in the state were awarded to 2 non- indigenous contractors who also subcontracted them to mushroom contractors all over the state , only for such mushroom contractors to build for us in the state very poor and shoddily done Primary Health Centres all over Oyo State? Have I not challenged the Chairman of your Primary Health Care Board or Commission to select the best 10 of such useless and rubbish health institutions to be inspected by a team of Oyo State great professionals, which he has failed , refused and neglected to accept to be inspected till date despite my magnanimity that I will fund the entire cost of that inspection?
- What about the Ogbere – Amuloko- Akanran- Ojebode- Ilaji Road that Senator Abiola Ajimobi through the able , focused , competent , capable, brilliant , cerebral and very beautiful Hon. Tolulope Akande – Sadipe facilitated World Bank funding for just like she also did for the Academy- Ayegun road up to the Ogun State Boarder , also the Muslim- Mosfala – up to the Ogun State Boarder roads ? Didn’t you ( GSM) abandon the Ogbere to Amuloko to Akanran to Ojebode to Ogun State Boarder road project to spite and cripple the massive world class Ilaji Resorts and Hotel Projects of your erstwhile Financier and Benefactor due to vile politics of bitterness, envy and jealousy of Engineer Jubril Dotun Sanusi who had done so much for you and your government with his moral and financial resources without expecting any form of return and or patronage from your government and any other government at all?
- What happens to the Oyo State Health Insurance Commission or Agency which Ajimobi took to be the second best in the country and for which State like Niger and others came to Ibadan to understudy under the Great Ajimobi? Has it not been turned now into a conduit pipe to pilfer and loot the Oyo State funds?
- What happened to the Oyo State Security Trust Fund? Under Ajimobi, Bank Robberies and public disorder became non-existent in Oyo State and CCTV cameras were deployed in strategic locations in the state. Didn’t you( GSM ) put a halt to them?
- What is the cost of the 2 Surveillance Aircrafts that GSM bought for the State? Are they unmanned (Drones) aircrafts or manned aircrafts ? We’re they purchased through competitive biddings or through selective tendering as it is usually done done with security contracts. Was there any Exco approval or extracts before they were purchased? Why is your new Special Adviser on Security in the dark about the purchase of those aircrafts and why wa your former Special Adviser on Security and the Executive Secretary to your Security Trust Fund , Retired Compol Fatai Owoseni, a fine Gentleman and an incorruptible Officer per excellence in the dark about the purchases and acquisitions of the 2 aircrafts?
- What about the GSM’s theft of Oloye Adebayo Adekola Adelabu’s great idea of Operation Light Up Oyo State Project which you ( GSM) wasted over N29billion of Oyo State funds on , only to give us in Oyo State diesel powered street lights while you carted away all the solar street lights done by Senator Abiola Ajimobi.
- How will GSM justify the wasteful spending on the rehabilitation of the Lekan Salami Stadium at Adamasingba, Ibadan , only for that same facility to be adjudged by our local football regulatory agency and CAF as unfit for national league matches and also unfit to host any international football competition?
- Ogun, Enugu and Cross River States built functional airports and also have ventured into commercial airline businesses, why is Oyo State different?
- How much did GSM’s cronies who were allocated lands to develop in all our new GRAs collect from allotees and how much did they pay or remit into the coffers of OYSG?
- Where are the proceeds of the sale of all the trees fell at the OYSG Forest reserves at Agodi Gardens? Who carted away those trees that were deforested ? Who sold them? And where were the proceeds remitted?

- Why was OYSG wasted on conducting the worst local government elections in the state when GSM and his OYSIEC knew they were going to write and allocate results instead of conducting a free, fair and transparent local government election in the state?
- Was OYSG fund not used to buy and acquire brand new campaign vehicles deployed all over the Abuja roads last week to prosecute GSM’s ill-fated and white elephant’s Presidential ambition project code-named – Operation Reset Nigeria?
- Has GSM not frustrated and manipulated the trial of Mukaila Lamidi aka Auxiliary ongoing at the Oyo State High Court for political expediency?
- Why did the GSM ask the Prosecution in the Mukaila Lamidi’s Auxiliary’s murder trail before Hon. Justice Yemi Ajayi not to file their address and conclude the trial ?
- How much did the GSM and the OYSG deploy as “ logistics “ to impeach the former Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Rauf Aderemi Olaniyan, FNSE?
- What is the total cost to the OYSG and the Oyo State people , the GSM ‘s funding of the Awada kerikeri and Amala convention hosted by GSM in Ibadan and what is the logistic implication of that Amala convention to Oyo State?
