    832 Residents to Participate in Odidiomo’s Free ICT Training (phase 1)

    A total number of eight hundred and thirty two (832)participants have registered for Odidiomo Free Mega Skills Acquisition Training programme initiated by the lawmaker representing Ibadan Northwest/ Southwest Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, Hon Dhikirulahi Adedeji Stanley Olajide.

    Odidiomo as he is fondly called is the House of Reps Committee Chairman on ICT and Cybersecurity and he has been using his position as a lawmaker to influence positive development and enhance capacity building for youths and adults in his constituency.

    The registration process which began on March 1st has ended.

    According to a statement issued by the media office, the upskill training on digital literacy for young people will have special focus on Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Digital Literacy, Cloud Computing and other digital skills.

    The statement added that the training is part of the effort of Hon Olajide Stanley Adedeji to ensure the school leavers and Job seekers are equipped with necessary digital skills required for employment or as start up for self employment.

    The ICT Hub facilitated by Hon Hon Odidiomo will be used as centres for the participants who will be contacted for details on the digital literacy class very soon.
