In his speech at the occasion, the Director General, OYSAA, Chief Segun Adibi, said the launch of the
2021 Mobile Advert Stickers, was to intimate individuals and the corporate entities that its sales would commence in earnest.

According to Adibi, the Wednesday’s inauguration of the sale of OYSAA 2021 Mobile Advert Stickers symbolises the government’s proactive response to yearnings of sub consultants that the stickers should be produced and put on sale early enough, to prevent unnecessary impasse.

“Hence the agency is hereby unveiling its 2021 mobile advert stickers meant to be administered on any branded vehicles belonging to individuals and corporate enterprises.” He stated.

The OYSAA boss said the agency was ready to establish a synergy, build powerful long lasting and enduring relationships with the the Mobile Stickers consultants and other interested parties, based on trust for the benefits of all.

He advised the revenue sub consultants and vendors to represent the state government very well on the field, by carrying out the assignment in line with the provisions of the Act 21 of 1998 and the guidelines of the Joint Tax Board.

He also admonished them not to bring in other mobile advert stickers different from the one produced by OYSAA.

He added “no matter when he/she has been in the business, should produce counterfeit stickers, anybody or corporate concern caught perpetrating such dastardly acts anywhere in the state will be apprehended and prosecuted.”

He charged the corporate bodies, business enterprises and individuals, who are the end users, to perform their civic responsibilities accordingly when sub-consultants visited them for the list of their branded trucks, trailers, caravans, motor scooters and motor bikes in their fleets.

He further appreciated Gov Seyi Makinde for his incomparable and worthy leadership qualities support to the agency.

The chairman of the Oyo State Mobile Advert Association- Mr Tajudeen Olaoye, promised that the association would give adequate support to the state government, so as to curb production of counterfeit stickers.
