The Nigeria Police Force, Oyo State Comnand, has declared wanted the leader of a group causing social unrest in Ibadan, Biola Ebila. He is reported to be the ring leader of the group known as “One Million Boys, which was responsible for the demise of Moshood Ekugbemi on Saturday 11th 2020.
This was disclosed by the Force PPRO, Mr Fadeyi, this afternoon while on a telephone conversation on a popular radio programme in the heart of the city.
He said Biola Ebila, has been at large following the fracas that occurred yesterday. He however noted that the Police had already beefed up security in some areas in the city to avert possible reprisal attacks. He added that the Police and other sister security agents in the state are currently having an expansive meeting on how to re jig the security architecture in the state.
Mr Fadeyi therefore confirmed that two people have been arrested by the police, as the Commissioner of Police, Mr Sina Olukolu has ordered the Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of the Criminal Investigation Department to superintend over the investigation.
