Oyo PDP Chieftain, Ajuwon Dies, Ibadan North Chairmanship Candidate Mourns
The political landscape in Ibadan North is shrouded in mourning and deep sorrow as news of the sudden and unexpected passing of one of its most dedicated members, Engineer Olatunji Ajuwon, reverberates through the state.
Engineer Ajuwon, renowned for his pivotal role within the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) as a leader in Ibadan North and as a prominent PDP delegate from Oyo state, played a vital role in shaping the party’s direction and representing the interests of the state at the last PDP national convention held in Abuja.
Honorable Olufade, the PDP Chairmanship Candidate in Ibadan North, expressed his profound grief at the loss of Engineer Ajuwon.
Olufade described Ajuwon’s passing as both deeply painful and profoundly surprising, emphasizing the significance of his contributions.
“Baba Ajuwon has departed from us when his wisdom and guidance were needed most in Ibadan North Local Government and the state at large.
This is a heart-wrenching loss and difficult to fathom. His absence leaves a void that will be felt profoundly, and his enduring contributions will be remembered for generations to come,” Olufade lamented.
“May Baba Ajuwon’s soul rest in eternal peace. His absence will be keenly felt, and we will greatly miss him,” Olufade concluded.
