Ibadan-born philanthropist and PDP stalwart in Ido Local Government, Dr. Akande Babatunde Kazeem (ATM), conveyed his warm wishes to the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Governor Oluseyi Makinde, on the occasion of his 56th birthday.
