The Executive Chairman of Egbeda Local Government, Hon. Sanda Sikiru Oyedele, has felicitated the Oyo State Commissioner for Works and Transport, Professor Daud Sangodoyin, on his birthday, praising his selfless contributions to the state’s development.
Hon. Oyedele commended Professor Sangodoyin’s tireless efforts in complementing the numerous infrastructural projects executed by the Omituntun administration in the last six years, saying, “Oyo State is lucky to have a personality like the Honorable Commissioner.”
Under Professor Sangodoyin’s leadership, the Ministry of Works and Transport has overseen significant projects, including road construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance, as well as transportation system upgrades.
“Professor Sangodoyin’s dedication to duty and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in transforming Oyo State’s infrastructure landscape,” Hon. Oyedele said. “His expertise and experience have been invaluable assets to the state.”
Hon. Oyedele highlighted some of the notable projects completed under Professor Sangodoyin’s supervision, including the reconstruction of major roads, bridges, and highways, as well as the introduction of innovative transportation systems.
“Today, we celebrate not only Professor Sangodoyin’s birthday but also his remarkable achievements and contributions to Oyo State’s growth and development,” Hon. Oyedele added. “We wish him many more years of service to our dear state and its people.”
