The Oyo State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Inclusion, Mrs Toyin Balogun has extolled Hon Babatunde Tijani on the occasion of his birthday celebration.
According to Balogun, Chief Tijani is a political juggernaut and a man with a heart of gold.
The Honourable Commissioner wrote:
