Oyo East LG Boss, Oluokun Flags Off Major Initiative Project to Support Workers
The Executive Chairman of Oyo East Local Government, Hon. Peter Olusola Oluokun, has expressed his gratitude towards the National Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE) for their steadfast support of his administration.
He highlighted the flagging off of NULGE multi purpose hall as a significant project aimed at enhancing the welfare of local government workers, while emphasising its importance to the community.
In his address, Hon. Oluokun commended the NULGE executives and members for their initiative in initiating the impactful project, which underscores their commitment to improving the conditions of workers in the local government.
He reiterated his dedication to addressing their needs and enhancing their working environment.
The flag-off event was well-attended, featuring prominent figures such as the Head of Local Government Administration (HLGA), Alhaji Busari, and various NULGE Executives led by their chairman.
Other notable attendees included the Secretary to the Chairman of Oyo East, Hon. Adekola Nurudeen; Chief of Staff, Hon. Kofoworola Musa, and several council members including Hon. Solomon, Hon. Ẹmiloju, Hon. Ibrahim Olojule, Hon. Kazeem, and Hon. Zenith, along with the Director of Finance and other key directors.
