The need to strengthen investor–government relations and ensure sustained collaboration on development projects took centre stage as representatives of Fendini Group participated in an investor engagement programme organised by the Oyo State Investment and Public Private Partnership Agency (OYSIPA).

The programme, titled “Oyo State Investors After-Care Services,” was designed to foster dialogue between the Oyo State Government and private investors, while addressing key issues affecting ongoing investments and future partnerships across the state.

Fendini Group, developers of Rayfield Gardens City Estate and a major Public-Private Partnership (PPP) partner of the Oyo State Government, was represented at the event by Miss Halima Abdulrafiu, Head of Administration and Customer Relations.

The engagement reaffirmed the importance of Public-Private Partnerships as a strategic tool for accelerating socio-economic development in Oyo State.

Speaking at the programme, the Director-General of OYSIPA, Mr. Tilewa Folami, stressed that sustained collaboration between the public and private sectors remains the most effective approach to achieving meaningful and long-term development at the state level.
