Member representing Ibarapa Centra and Ibarapa North Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Dr. Anthony Adebayo Adepoju, has congratulated Otunba Seye Famojuro on the occasion of his birthday.
Hon. Adepoju, in a statement made available to journalists in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, on Saturday, February 14, 2026, through his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Hassan Adesodi Olaoniye, commended Famojuro’s commitment to good governance and his notable contributions to the development of Oyo State.
The lawmaker described the celebrant as a true lover of good governance, a dependable confidant and a worthy adviser, noting that Otunba Seye has remained one of the pillars behind the progress recorded in the state over the past seven years.
The federal lawmaker emphasised that the remarkable strides recorded under the Omituntun 1.0 and 2.0 administrations were largely driven by his selflessness and the strategic alliances he fostered across political and social divides.
“On behalf of the good people of Ibarapa Central and Ibarapa North, I celebrate your exemplary leadership, vast knowledge of public administration and steadfast support for Governor Seyi Makinde in delivering the dividends of democracy to Oyo State.
“Over the years, you have proven to be a leader with character and capacity. Your pedigree, combined with integrity and competence, has set you apart within the political space,” Ibarapakan added.
According to the Deputy Chairman of the House Committee on Federal Character, Otunba Famojuro is a man of influence whose counsel has remained instrumental in advancing progressive governance in the pacesetter state.
He prayed for continued strength, sound health and long life for the celebrant, expressing hope that he would witness the full realisation of the Oyo State of his dreams.
