Leaders of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), led by its National Chairman, His Excellency Kabiru Tanimu Turaki and Governor Seyi Makinde are currently engaged in a high-level emergency meeting with key leaders of the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
Goalpoachernews reports that in the last few days, Some PDP chieftains and political functioanries in Oyo State were seen posting the logo of NDC on their various social platforms with the caption, “Wherever Seyi goes, I’ll follow, Seyi Makinde is my party.”
The latest update has further triggered another speculation that Seyi Makinde may direct all the 51 candidates to defect to ADC.
GoalPoachernews learnt that the meeting is taking place at the residence of David Mark and is being attended by prominent political stakeholders, including former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, David Mark, Tanimu Turaki alongside other critical leaders.
The ongoing engagement reflects intensifying consultations among opposition figures and may signal emerging political alignments ahead of key national developments.
