The Executive Chairman of Òyó East Local Government, Hon. Oluokun Peter Olusola, has congratulated former Commissioner for Energy, Environment, Budget and Planning, as well as the House of Representatives candidate for Òyó Federal Constituency under the Allied Peoples Movement (APM), Hon. Nurudeen Temilolu Ashamu (TNA), on the occasion of his birthday.
Hon. Oluokun, in a statement issued by his Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Adeleke Afees Adeniran, thanked God for granting Hon. Ashamu the grace to witness another remarkable year filled with achievements and fulfilment.
The Chairman described Hon. Ashamu as a distinguished personality whose contributions to education, professional development, public service, and politics have continued to earn him admiration across Òyóland and Oyo State at large.
He noted that TNA has remained a shining example of excellence, dedication, and purposeful leadership, adding that his political journey and service to humanity have made him a force to reckon with in the political landscape of Oyo State.
Hon. Oluokun further urged young people and aspiring political office holders to emulate the virtues of hard work, integrity, and excellence exemplified by Hon. Ashamu.
