The caretaker Chairman of Afijio West LCDA, Hon Sunday Akindele Ojo has commended Oyo state Governor, Seyi Makinde and his Deputy Rauf Olaniyan as the state government flagged off distribution of relief materials to the victims of Rain storms that wreaked havoc in towns and villages in Afijio local government area, rendering many residents homeless in February 2019.
The event which took place at the Council’s Secretariat, Jobele. Hon Sunday Akindele Ojo popularly called (SAO) and his counterpart from Afijio Local government, who were recipients of the materials, PDP leaders and members and people of the local government council, used the opportunity to appreciate, Governor Makinde, NEMA and SEMA for the initiative.
