Oyo Lawmaker, Ayotunde Fatokun has reiterated his commitment to the fulfillment of his electoral promises to people of Akinyele Constituency 1.
Fatokun, who gave the assurance in Ibadan on Wednesday, promised that he would not betray the confidence and trust of Akinyele Constituency 1 who gave him their mandate in the March 9 election.
The Chairman Parliamentary Council said: “I reassure my constituents that I would not let your trust down.”
“I humbly reiterate that with God Almighty on my side, I reassure you all that I would not let your trust down, but would ensure that all the promises made during our campaign period would be realized by God’s enabling grace.”
The lawmaker said his foundation is committed to the idea of alleviating poverty among residents of his constituency.
