The Aare Musulumi of Yoruba Land, Edo and Delta, His Eminence Alhaji Dawud Makanjuola Akinola has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Deputy Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency Barrister Abdulraheem Adebayo Lawal, on the occasion of his 71st birthday anniversary.
In a congratulatory message released today in Ibadan, Aare Dawud Akinola who also doubles as the Aare Of Ibadanland described the Deputy Governor as a seasoned administrator, an embodiment of humility, a pious Muslim, a steadfast partner in the progress of Oyo State and his highly cherished and beloved brother. He commended Barr AbdulRaheem’s unwavering commitment to public service, good governance, and his contributions to the development of the state.
“As you celebrate another year of impactful life, I pray that Almighty Allah (SWT) continues to bless you with sound health, divine wisdom and renewed strength in your astute service to the good people of Oyo State and the nation at large,” the Aare Musulumi stated.
While urging the people of Oyo State to continue to support the Governor Seyi Makinde-led administration, noting that the leadership duo of the Governor and his Deputy have shown purposeful direction and dedication to the welfare of the citizens, His Eminence on behalf of all Oyo State Ummah appreciate and commend the Deputy Governor for the unblemished love and dedication he has continued to pour on the cause of Muslims and Islam in general.
Concluding his felicitations, His Eminence pray that Almighty Allah SWT grant the Deputy Governor much more reward than the bountiful blessings he and his household have been to the Ummah with supplication for greater excellence and distinguished service.
