The Executive Chairman of Ibarapa Central Local Government, Hon. Olusola Adeleke Ayodele has been honoured with an award of recognition by the Hoteliers Association of Oyo State, Ibarapa Zone in appreciation of his contributions to grassroots development and support for initiatives that promote growth within the region.
The award was presented at fermadex royal garden, idere during a gathering of hospitality stakeholders where industry players reflected on the progress and future of the hospitality sector across Ibarapa.
In his remarks, Hon. Adeleke expressed profound appreciation to the association for the honour bestowed on him, describing the recognition as a motivation to remain committed to impactful leadership and community development.
The Chairman commended hoteliers across Ibarapa Zone for their investments in the hospitality industry, noting that their businesses have significantly contributed to economic growth, employment opportunities and increased commercial activities within the region.
“Hospitality remains a vital sector in driving local development. Your investments have not only strengthened the economy but have also created opportunities and positioned Ibarapa as an emerging destination for business and tourism. I encourage you to continue improving service delivery and maintaining standards that will attract greater growth to our region,” Hon. Adeleke stated.
He further charged operators in the hospitality sector to remain committed to professionalism, quality service and continuous improvement in order to meet evolving industry demands.
The event served as a platform for stakeholders to discuss strategies for strengthening the hospitality sector and promoting higher standards capable of positioning Ibarapa Zone as a destination known for quality service and hospitality excellence.
The recognition bestowed on Hon. Adeleke further reflects the growing confidence in his administration’s commitment to development and support for sectors contributing to economic advancement across Ibarapa Central.
