According to Vincent Van Gogh, a Dutch post-impressionist painter, “Great things are not done by impulse, but by a series of small things brought together.”

Hon. Aderemi Oseni has embodied this philosophy through his relentless commitment to infrastructure development in Ido/Ibarapa and even beyond.

As an engineer and the Chairman of the House Committee on Road Maintenance Agency, Oseni understands that robust infrastructure is vital for community advancement.

His leadership has led to significant advancements in road construction and rehabilitation, extending well beyond Ibarapa East to include vital connections in Elebu, Ibadan Southwest and various communities across Ibadanland.

These projects are not merely about paving roads; they are about creating pathways to opportunity.

With improved access to essential services and markets, residents can now engage more fully in economic activities, enhancing their livelihoods and fostering community cohesion.

Oseni’s initiatives reflect a comprehensive vision for the development of Ido/Ibarapa. He recognises that infrastructure is not just a matter of convenience; it is a crucial factor in the socioeconomic growth of the region.

By prioritising road maintenance and construction, he is laying the groundwork for broader developmental goals, including education, healthcare, and trade.

The impact of his work is palpable. Families can travel more safely and efficiently, students can reach schools without the burden of treacherous paths, and local businesses are thriving due to increased accessibility.

Each project is a testament to Oseni’s belief that infrastructure plays a crucial role in shaping the future of the community.

His dedication has also earned him recognition beyond local borders, garnering respect from national and international audiences.

By consistently prioritising the needs of his constituents, Oseni has established a reputation as a reliable and compassionate leader.

As Ido/Ibarapa continues to evolve, Hon. Aderemi Oseni remains a pivotal figure in driving the infrastructure improvements necessary for progress.

His commitment to building a solid foundation for future generations reflects a leadership style that is both visionary and pragmatic.

With leaders like Oseni as Albert Schweitzer said: “Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success.

If you love what you are doing, you will be successful,” the future of infrastructure in Ido/Ibarapa is not just a vision; it is a promise being realised.
