The lawmaker representing Oyo East/Oyo West at Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Olorunpoto Cephas Rahaman has congratulated the new Alaafin designate, Akeem Abimbola Owoade on his appointment by the Oyo State Government as the paramount ruler of Oyo kingdom.
