The Chairman of Oyo State Park Management System (PMS), Amb. Abdul-Wasiu Tomiwa Omolewa ‘Tommy’, led a delegation of executives on a courtesy visit to the Alaafin of Oyo, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Abimbola Akeem Owoade, at his palace.
According to a statement signed by Hon. Ajao Musa Bolaji, Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to the PMS Chairman, the monarch commended Amb. Omolewa for his dedication to improving the transport system in Oyo State and appreciated his involvement in the monarch’s coronation.
The Alaafin offered prayers for the safety and success of the PMS team, advising them to prioritize road safety by driving responsibly and avoiding alcohol consumption while driving.
He expressed gratitude for their visit and financial support, praying that God would continue to bless and enrich them.
The monarch’s goodwill message underscored the importance of collaboration between traditional institutions and government agencies in driving progress in Oyo State, as he pledged to continue working together for the state’s betterment.
