Makinde has provided safe haven for our businesses to thrive- Igbo Community in Oyo

 

The Igbo community in Oyo state has expressed confidence in the states’ helmsman, Engr. Seyi Makide for providing a safe haven for their businesses to flourish despite myriads of economic challenges in the country. This was disclosed on Friday, during a stakeholders meeting of key leaders of the socio-cultural group, Ohaneze Ndi-Igbo held at the conference room of the Secretary to Oyo state Government, State Secretariat, Ibadan.

Conveners of the meeting and Special Assistant to the Goveronor on OYSIEC, Hon. Tallest Innocent and his counterpart, SA on Community Relations (Igbo Community) Hon. Kingsley Ike, said the meeting is directed at charting a way forward for the Igbo community in Oyo state. They expressed confidence that the Igbo community in Oyo state will remain steadfast in their support for the administration.

Participants in the meeting include selected leaders of Ohaneze in Oyo state, Engr. Ndubuisi Okorie, Chief E. Nzeako, Elder Barnabas Uguru, Barr. Udo Ofurunna, Sir Kinze Isaac Okonkwo, Chief Orji Michael, among others.
