The Office of the Special Adviser (OSA) to Governor Seyi Makinde on Housing and Urban Development in collaboration with the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Oyo State Chapter, is set to host the 2025 Oyo State Real Estate Conference in Ibadan.
The event, scheduled for Wednesday, November 5, 2025, will take place at the Jogor Event Centre, Ibadan, beginning at 10:00 a.m.

With the theme, “Real Estate and Economic Development in Oyo State: Strategies for Success,” the conference is designed to bring together policymakers, industry experts, investors, and other key stakeholders to discuss strategies for sustainable growth and innovation in the state’s property sector.
According to Hon Olakunle Akinsete in a statement made available to GoalPoacher News, the conference will serve as a platform for meaningful dialogue, networking, and knowledge-sharing aimed at shaping the future of real estate in Oyo State.
The Special Adviser to the Governor noted that under the leadership of Governor Seyi Makinde, the state has made notable progress in infrastructure and urban development, providing a solid foundation for investment in the real estate industry.
The forum is expected to further strengthen collaboration between the government and private developers while positioning Oyo State as a major hub for real estate and economic growth in Nigeria.
