The lawmaker representing Akinyele Constituency 1 at the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon Ayotunde Fatokun on Thursday commiserated with the lawmaker representing Lagelu State Constituency, Hon Akintunde Olajide over the death of his mother, Mrs. Oluwayemisi Stella Olajide.
Fatokun in a statement signed by him and made available to newsmen in Ibadan described the death of Mrs. Oluwayemisi as a great loss to Lagelu Local Government, especially the Olajide’s family.
GOALPOACHER NEWS quoted the Chairman House of Assembly Parliamentary Council as saying that he was devastated on the news of the death of AKT’s mother on Wednesday, adding that “Mama Olajide’s death occurred when her motherly role and wealth of experience was needed the most by we her children (biological and political”.
Fatokun prayed the Almighty God to grant Hon Akintunde and the family in Lagelu, the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
