The Chairmanship Candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Ibadan North Local Government, Honorable Oluwaseun Olufade, has extended warm congratulations to Honorable Toyin Balogun, the Oyo State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Inclusion, on the occasion of her birthday.
In his congratulatory message, Olufade expressed his pride in hailing from the same Federal Constituency and local government as her, highlighting their shared sense of community and achievements.
“Her contributions to the advancement of women’s rights and social inclusion initiatives have been exemplary,” Olufade remarked.
