The Federal Court of Appeal sitting in Ibadan, Oyo State capital, has ruled against the sacked local Government council chairmen and councillors in Oyo State.
The judgement was delivered this Wednesday.
“The Court held that the case of the Respondents (ALGON) was speculative and that the Oyo State’s case is distinguishable from the Ekiti State’s case”
