The Supreme Court on Thursday dismissed the appeal filed by the Taminu Kabiru Turaki led faction of the Peoples Democratic Party.
Five Justices of the Supreme Court led by justice led by Mohammed Garba delivered the ruling on the appeals from the Seyi Makinde faction of the Peoples Democratic Party.
The majority judgement was delivered by Justice Stephen Adah.
