Oyo State Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde has approved promotion exercise for workers in the state civil service.
This was contained in a circular issued from the office of the Oyo State Civil Service Commission, signed by the Permanent Secretary of the commission and obtained by GOALPOACHER NEWS
Some of the workers who spoke with our correspondent on condition of anonymity described Makinde’s commitment to workers welfare as remarkable, adding that no governor in the history of the state has prioritised workers welfare unlike the present administration of Seyi Makinde.
Beneficiaries of the promotion exercise are workers who ought to have been promoted since 2017 to 2019.
