Security operatives have arrested 70 Northerners who are mostly Hausa. They confessed they were travelling from Kano, kastina, Jigawa states to Ibadan and Lagos.
The vehicle conveying the travellers were intercepted in Ogbomoso, while over 19 escaped.
Recall the Oyo State Government on Tuesday vowed to ensure interstate travel is halted, as one of the precautionary measures to contain and curtail the novel pandemic.
