The Chairman Oyo House of Assembly Commission, Hon Femi Julius has extolled the sterling leadership qualities of Oyo State Deputy Governor, Barrister Bayo Lawal on the occasion of his birthday celebration.
The former lawmaker who represented Saki West State Constituency at the 9th Oyo Assembly in a birthday message signed by him and made available to newsmen in Ibadan on Monday eulogized Bayo Lawal saying that he possessed an uncommon leadership qualities.
