In celebration of the 2025 Children’s Day, the Executive Chairman of Ibarapa Central Local Government, Hon. Adeleke Ayodele Olusola has extended heartfelt greetings to children across the local government and reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to promoting child welfare, education and protection.

In his message made available by his personal assistant Azeez Sodiq Adesina, Hon. Adeleke described children as the “hope of a brighter future and the pride of every nation,” emphasizing the need to create a safe, nurturing environment that allows them to thrive and reach their full potential.

“Children’s Day is not only a time to celebrate our young ones but also a reminder of our collective responsibility to provide them with the love, care and opportunities they deserve,” the Chairman said.

He further commended parents, teachers and guardians for their continuous efforts in shaping the lives of children and pledged that his administration would continue to implement policies and programs that prioritize education, healthcare and social development for the younger generation.

The Chairman also used the occasion to encourage children to remain focused, obedient and hopeful, promising that the government will continue to work tirelessly to ensure a better future for them.

This year’s Children’s Day celebration comes at a time when the local government is rolling out new initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life for families and communities across Ibarapa Central.
