The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Seun Olufade, has felicitated with children across the local government, Oyo State, Nigeria, and the world at large on the occasion of the 2025 Children’s Day celebration.
In his message made available through his head of media, Aderibigbe Yisahu, Olufade described children as the pride of today and the hope for a brighter tomorrow.
He emphasized their role as the heartbeat of every community and the future of every nation.
“On this special day, I celebrate every child in Ibadan North and beyond.
Your dreams, innocence, and boundless energy inspire us to build a society where every child has access to quality education, good healthcare, and a safe environment to grow,” he said.
He reassured children and parents in Ibadan North of his administration’s unwavering commitment to policies and programs that enhance the well-being, development, and protection of children in the local government area.
“Here in Ibadan North, we remain focused on creating the right atmosphere for children to thrive.
Our investments in education, health, and child development are testament to our belief in a better future led by today’s children,” Olufade added.
He urged the children to continue dreaming big, believing in themselves, and upholding the values of honesty, kindness, and hard work.
“Remember, you are unique, you are loved, and you matter. Keep shining and never stop believing in yourself,” he concluded.
