    CSCHEI Celebrates 1st Anniversary, Chairman, Advisory Council Calls for Actionable Programmes

    On the occasion of the first anniversary of the Civil Society Organizations in Community Enhancement and Humanitarian Empowerment Initiative in Nigeria (CSCHEI), its Chairman, Amb. Lawrence BOMS, has congratulated the management team and emphasized the need for actionable programmes with clear-cut, evidence-based results in the coming year.

    He said in a statement that, “While we celebrate this milestone, we must also look ahead to the long journey that lies before us.”

    “CSCHEI has a critical role to play in contributing to the implementation of programs that deliver measurable results in support of global and national efforts to achieve the goals and targets of the Agenda 2030.”


    He thanked the Director-General, management staff, national committees, and Advisory Council members for their contributions in strengthening CSCHEI’s role in galvanizing strategies to support Sustainable Development Goals, Climate Change, Green Environment, and Artificial intelligence Advancement in Nigeria.

    “As we move forward, much is expected of CSCHEI. Together, we must work to develop programs that have clear objectives, measurable outcomes, and are rooted in evidence-based research and best practices.”

    He stressed the importance of accountability and transparency in the implementation of these programs, saying, “It is not enough to simply develop programs – we must also ensure that they are effective and deliver real results for the people of Nigeria.”

    Amb. BOMS concluded his statement by expressing his confidence in CSCHEI’s ability to grow and thrive in the coming years.

    “I am confident that, with the dedication and hard work of all stakeholders, CSCHEI will continue to grow from strength to strength. I wish CSCHEI continued success as we work together to improve the quality and accessibility of health care education in Nigeria.”
