…As Senator Allelujah’s Committee Meets Regularly
On 11th October 2023, Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde constituted eleven (11) man steering committee member to oversee the process of recommending party members for appointments into various Agencies, Boards, board members, (full-time and part-time members) and others.
Goalpoacher News reliably gathered that the Chief of Staff, Segun Ogunwuyi will be representing the Governor while the PDP chairman and secretary, Hon. Dayo Ogungbenro and Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke will be representing the interest of the party.
Members of the committee were nominated from each of the Seven (7) Geo-political zones in the State namely; Ibadan main city, Ibadan Less city, Oke-Ogun 1 and 2, Ibarapa, Ogbomoso and Oyo Zone respectively.
This online news platform gathered that the committee meets regularly.
some chieftains of the Peoples Democratic Party, especially those that are yet to be reappointed have been romancing members of the committee to curry their favour.
Houses and offices of some members of the committee have become meeting points for those ‘leader, I’m your person, please ensure you recommend me for us juicy positions.”
