In an impressive display of commitment to Egbeda’s progress, Hon Sikiru Oyedele Sanda, the Executive Chairman of Egbeda LG and PDP’s chairmanship candidate, spearheaded the commissioning of three new boreholes and the distribution of solar-powered street lights during the party’s campaign activities in Ward 06 & 07.

The PDP campaign trail paused at strategic points along its route to inaugurate borehole projects completed under Sanda’s administration. These boreholes, located at Temidire Market, Ayepe Community, and Segelu area of Ward 06, were officially unveiled by Elder (Dr) Caleb Wole Oyelese amidst a jubilant crowd of residents. Dr Oyelese emphasized Sanda’s stellar performance in governance and urged voters to show their appreciation by supporting PDP on election day, promising further development under Sanda’s leadership.

Furthermore, the campaign unveiled solar-powered street lights donated by Hon Sanda in Opeyemi area of Ward 06, eliciting gratitude from the community and highlighting the tangible impact of Sanda’s administration on local security and infrastructure.

The enthusiastic reception from residents underscores their unwavering support for Sanda and the PDP. Notable community leaders, including the Baale of Ayepe, Ibrahim Akande, and Otun bale of Ayepe, Oloye Raufu Ademola Kehinde, joined the campaign trail to express their endorsement of Sanda’s leadership, drawing parallels between his achievements and those of Governor Seyi Makinde in Oyo State.

With overwhelming support from residents and a track record of transformative governance, Sanda and the PDP are poised for victory in the upcoming elections.
