Eid-el-Fitr: Abidikugu Preaches Compassion for people
The Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DAKA Foundation, Dr Kazeem Adesina Abidikugu popularly known as KSO has congratulated Muslims for the successful completion of Ramadan.
He also congratulated the Olubadan of Ibadanland, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Owolabi Akinloye Olakulehin (Ige Olakulehin 1), the people of Ibadanland, people of Ibadan South-East, North East and entire people of Oyo State for completion of Ramadan urging them to continue to exercise the teaching of Prophet Muhammed beyond Ramadan period.

In his congratulatory message to Muslims, Abidikugu stated that the completion of Ramadan should be seen as a period to show compassion to fellow human beings
According to him, “I congratulate the Muslim Ummah in Ibadan in particular and Oyo State in general on witnessing the first day of the Shawwal and the successful completion of the Ramadan fasting.

“For many Muslims who observed the mandatory Ramadan fasting this year, the reality of the harsh economic environment in the country put many families and individuals under intense pressure.
“But in the face of this daunting challenge, many people pulled through out of seeking piety. The completion of Ramadan should cause a reflection on those who are well to do to show more compassion to the downtrodden ”
“I urge the Muslims to continue to exhibit the lessons of Ramadan, including the virtues of love, tolerance, and perseverance.
“Also as you celebrates remember that moderation is important in everything you do during this period. Let us remember we are one people and continue to encourage one another to contribute to peace and unity amongst us. This will ultimately ensure our country remains the great nation that we are all proud of.
“This Eid, may your heart be filled with gratitude, your soul with peace, and your life with endless joy. Let the festivities of Eid bring new hope, new joys, and new beginnings. Wishing all Muslim Ummah blessed Eid!”
