The immediate-past Chairman of Oyo State Pension Board, Prince Bayo Adeyemi has died.
Heritage Echo News reportedly gathered that the Oyo Prince died of diabetes at the University College Hospital, UCH, Ibadan, Oyo State.
Goalpoacher News gathered that Bayo had been sick since 2021 but recuperated in early 2022 when he aspired to recontest for Oyo Federal Constituency primary election in 2022 on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party.
Prince Adebayo was the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2019 House of Representatives election in the Oyo federal constituency but lost the election to his brother, Prince Akeem Adeyemi, who was re-elected for the second term in 2019.
He was appointed by Governor Seyi Makinde as Chairman of the Oyo State Pension Board in 2020-2023.
