    Fasting: Oludamilola- ALA Sponsors Ramadan Lecture, Preaches Unity, Peace

    The founder ALA Care Foundation Hon Oludamilola Oluwole-ALA has charged Nigerians especially Muslim umah to use this period of holy month of Ramadan to pray for peace and development of the country.

    Hon Oludamilola-ALA stated this at the Ramadan lecture organized by the league of Imams in Felele Olorunsogo-Molete Area of ward 12 Ibadan south East local government which was sponsored by ALA care foundation.

    Hon ALA whose message was delivered by a member of Board trustees Mr Kehinde Oladoyinbo said the founder ALA care foundation is passionate about religion harmony, peace and development of Ibadan South East local government hence the need for him to sponsor this year Ramadan lecture of league of Imams in Felele Olorunsogo-Molete and the entire south East local government.

    According to him,efforts are on going to facilitate motorized boreholes in some strategic areas in the local government through the foundation to ease problem of water in the council area.

    Hon Oludamilola-ALA who is a Chieftain of PDP in Ibadan South East Local government and silent philanthropist promised periodic support for Alfa and Imams in the local government while other religion leaders will not be left out.

    In his remarks, the Chief Imam of Anabi Loni gba Central Mosque Molete Ibadan Alhaji Mahmud Kareem said the programme was organized to sensitize Muslims on their expected roles during and after the Ramadan

    While commending ALA for his philanthropist gesture Alhaji Kareem who doubles as the Chairman League of Imams in Olorunsogo- Molete Area Ibadan also advised Muslims on the importance of being tolerant and accepting of other religions.

    The Guest lecturer, Alhaji Mushideen Abdusalam in lecture stressed the need for Muslims to give thanks to God in everything.

    He urged Muslims to emulate the philanthropist gesture of Hon Oludamilola-ALA which cut across people in the south East local government irrespective of their political, religion or ethnics affiliation.

    The chairman of the occasion, Alhaji Saheed Kobiowu who is the one of the chairmanship candidate for Ibadan South East local government solicit the support of Muslim Umah in the April 27th local government Election.

    It would be recall that Hon Oludamilola-ALA 3 years ago presented cash to all Imams in ward 12 Ibadan South East Local government

    The event had in attendance Imams and Alfas and other Muslim faithful in the south East local government also featured Reading from the Holy Qur’an as well as special prayers for the nation.
