In just 100 days in office, the lawmaker representing Ibadan North Federal Constituency, Folajimi Oyekunle (DoN), has demonstrated that effective representation is driven by preparation, persistence, and genuine commitment to the people.

Within this short period, he successfully sponsored and secured First Reading for two major bills seeking the establishment of federal institutions in Ibadan North.

These landmark proposals are designed to expand educational opportunities, stimulate economic growth, and create sustainable employment within the constituency.

The process of initiating federal institutions requires extensive groundwork — policy drafting, consultations, strategic lobbying, and sustained legislative engagement.

That such progress has been recorded within 100 days speaks volumes about his diligence and capacity.

Beyond legislative achievements, Hon. Oyekunle has ensured that representation translates into real opportunities for constituents.

Through deliberate engagement with relevant authorities, several qualified constituents have been enrolled into different federal government parastatals, opening employment pathways and strengthening economic stability for families across Ibadan North.

This effort reflects a practical approach to governance — one that connects federal structures directly to the people.

Equally significant is his direct accessibility to the constituency. Hon. Oyekunle has maintained an open and responsive relationship with the grassroots, ensuring that constituents can reach him without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Town engagements, consultations, and consistent presence within the constituency have reinforced trust and deepened participatory representation. Leadership, in this context, is not distant — it is visible and accountable.

These first 100 days have not been about publicity; they have been about laying a solid foundation.

They reflect strategic planning, disciplined execution, and a clear understanding of the mandate entrusted to him by the people of Ibadan North.

As this legislative journey progresses, one thing is evident: the trajectory is forward-moving and people-focused.

If this is the pace within the first 100 days, the coming months promise even greater milestones for Ibadan North Federal Constituency.
