Fuel Tanker Catches Fire While Offloading Content In Iseyin
Residents of Iseyin community in Iseyin local government trooped out on Sunday afternoon as the NNPC filling station at Agip area caught fire. Chronicle Newspaper reports.
The Chronicler Newspaper’s correspondent reported that the fire outbreak occurred when a trailer, loaded with Petroleum Motor Spirit (PMS) caught fire while offloading its content.
A fuel attendant that spoke on the condition of anonymity, said nobody was injured but sought the immediate response of the State fire fighters in the community.
”The fire started when the consignment that just arrived was being offloaded, we thank God no life was lost and no one was injured,” he hinted.
