Barrister Olumuyiwa Makinde has congratulated Oyo State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Inclusion, Hon (Mrs) Toyin Balogun on the occasion of her birthday.
Chief Makinde, who is also Bada Olubadan of Ibadanland, described Mrs Balogun as an embodiment of humility, resilience and courage.
He lauded the Commissioner’s commitment and loyalty to the administration of his brother, Governor Seyi Makinde stating that the celebrant aligns perfectly with the “Sustainable Development Agenda” of the present administration.
