Kunle Yusuff, the Galadima Adini of Ibadanland, has mourned the passing of two notable figures, Chief Lamidi Ajadi, a respected member of the Muslim community, and Ambassador Ibironke Adefope, a former Nigerian Ambassador to Zambia who passed away at 73.

Yusuff described Chief Lamidi Ajadi’s death as a significant loss to the Muslim Ummah and the Ibadan community, praying that Allah forgives his shortcomings and grants him Al-Jannatul Firdaus.

Regarding Ambassador Adefope, Yusuff commiserated with her family, describing her as a rare gem and an exceptional professional who embodied humility, brilliance, and innovation.

He acknowledged the pain of losing a mother and encouraged everyone to live upright and fair lives, given the inevitability of death.
