In his continued commitment to improving the living conditions of residents and boosting commercial activities across Ibarapa Central Local Government, the Executive Chairman, Hon. Olusola Adeleke has officially flagged off the digging of a borehole at the popular Towobowo Market, Igboora.

The project which marks another step in the chairman’s people-oriented leadership is aimed at providing clean and reliable water for the butchers, traders and visitors who depend on the market for their daily livelihood.

In his brief remarks of the executive chairman of ibarapa central made available by his personal assistant Azeez Sodiq, Hon. Adeleke reaffirmed his administration’s resolve to continue initiating projects that directly impact the welfare of the people, emphasizing that service to humanity remains his top priority.

Speaking on behalf of the market community, the Chairman of the Butchers Association, Alhaji Yunusa Owo Iya, expressed deep appreciation to Hon. Adeleke for his swift and compassionate response to their long-standing plea for access to water.

He noted that several calls had been made to other politicians in the past without any response until Hon. Adeleke, upon hearing their plight, acted immediately and ensured that the borehole project commenced without delay.

Alhaji Yunusa described the gesture as “a reflection of true leadership and a demonstration of a chairman who listens to his people.”

The Towobowo Market borehole project stands as another testament to Hon. Adeleke’s proactive and compassionate leadership, bringing lasting relief to hundreds of traders and residents who have endured water scarcity for years.
