The Executive Chairman of Ibadan South East Local Government, Hon. Emmanuel Oluwole Alawode has sent greetings to workers on the occasion of this year’s May Day Celebration.
In his statement, the council boss penned a solidarity greeting to the workers describing them as the vehicles that drive the nation’s growth and development.
Hon. Alawode noted that May Day offers an opportunity to celebrate workers and highlight their importance in the government’s efforts to positively impact the lives of the citizenry.
He maintained that without the Labour, all ideas,vision and dreams of a government will remain wishes.
“This day is unique for the drivers of our economy, as it provides an opportunity to commend them for their patriotic zeal and immense contributions to the development of our communities and humanity in general”. He affirmed.
In his conclusion, Arole Omituntun reassured that his administration will continue to prioritize the welfare of workers in Ibadan South East Local Government.
