The Executive Chairman of Ibadan South East Local Government, Hon. Emmanuel Oluwole Alawode received the certificate of return from Oyo State Independent Electoral Commission (OYSIEC) today Friday, 10th of May, 2024.
Hon. Alawode expressed his profound gratitude to Almighty God for making it possible to be re-elected as the Chairman of Ibadan South East Local Government.
The Arole Omituntun appreciated the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr Seyi Abiodun Makinde for his tutelage politically and support all the time which gave him the courage and motivation to move on.
The council boss appreciated all the Leaders, Executive members and the entire PDP members in Ibadan South East Local Government for their love and continuous support, as well as the entire management and staff of the local government for their unanimous support towards his second term bid.
He then assured the entire good people of Ibadan South East Local Government that he would not disappoint them on the new mandate given him to run the affairs of the council once again and promised to provide more dividends of democracy to residents of the council area.
