The lawmaker representing Ibadan Northeast Constituency at the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon Abiodun Babalola has congratulated the Chairman and Sole Administrator of Pacesetter Transport Service, Ibarheem Salami Dikko as he bagged Doctorate Degree in Accounting at Lead City University.
Hon Babalola who is the Chairman House Committee on Transportation described Dikko as hardworking individual who continues to blaze the trail.
