…. Vows to Exceed Expectations
The newly appointed Chairman of the Oyo State House of Assembly Service Commission, Hon. Femi Julius, has pledged to live up to the high expectations of his new role.
During his appreciation note, Hon. Julius expressed his gratitude to Governor Makinde and his administration for entrusting him with this important position.
He acknowledged the crucial role of the House of Assembly Service Commission in supporting the legislative arm of the Oyo State government and vowed to work diligently to fulfill the commission’s mandate.
He equally praised other prominent figures, including the deputy governor of the state, Barr. Bayo Lawal, Chief Michael Koleosho, Otunba Seye Famojuro, Speaker of Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Adebo Ogundoyin and Barr. Adeniyi Farinto, who are respected community and political leaders in Oyo State.
Their acknowledgement underscored the significance of this appointment and the high expectations placed on him to deliver on his responsibilities.
Hon. Julius pledged to leverage his experience and expertise to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the House of Assembly Service Commission.
He emphasised his commitment to supporting the legislators in their legislative duties and ensuring that the commission provides the necessary resources and infrastructure for the smooth functioning of the state’s legislative branch.
“Under the leadership of Governor Seyi Makinde and his administration, the Oyo State government is focused on driving development and good governance in the state.”
“My appointment is seen as a crucial step in this direction, as I will play a vital role in ensuring the legislative branch operates effectively to serve the people of Oyo State,” he vowed.
