A Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in AFIJIO local government, Jimoh Ridwan Opeyemi has extolled the sterling performance of Hon Oladeji Oparinde, the lawmaker representing AFIJIO State Constituency at the Oyo State House of Assembly.

Speaking with Goalpoacher News on Wednesday, Opeyemi lauded the lawmaker’s achievements towards positively impacting the lives of the people, not only in Ilora where he is a Prince but across all the wards in AFIJIO.
“Hon Oparinde’s laudable, landmark and unprecedented achievements resonate across the whole of his constituency stating the people of AFIJIO have never had it so good like this.
He highlighted the lawmaker’s achievements which include: sponsorship of students at Technical university Ibadan, distribution of Jamb forms for students every year, a gesture he started before he was elected in the 2023 general elections.
Empowerment of hundreds of widows every year, rehabilitation of the old expressway to Idi Igba express exit,
Banikol bridge express exit and 2 other inner roads, grading of farm roads and inner roads phase 1 and 2.
Others are, enrollment of hundreds of constituents into Oyo State Health Insurance Scheme, donation of 150 bags of fertilizers to farmers in Afijio among others.
Speaking further, Jimmy added that Prince Oladeji Oparinde is a popular lawmaker not only among his people in AFIJIO but even across Oyo Federal Constituency.
“His good works speak volumes for him in AFIJIO, as a man that has been tried with public office, tested with material things, easily accessible and proved that he can be trusted, as he has always been delivering dividends of democracy to the door steps of his constituents, he is a blessing and pride to us in AFIJIO local government.
